We can offer dependable market appraisals from nominated local estate agents. We then pay for the agents’ and advertising fees.

What happens if the plot is not ready yet?
No problem. The estate agents should market the property, ensuring that all potential purchases are informed that you cannot move until your new home is ready, or you make the decision to move out and live with family members, or in rented accommodation.
Will we need to pay expensive agents’ fees?
No! Not with the Westerman Homes Assisted Selling Option. The agents’ fees, VAT and advertising costs will be met by us.
What happens if the buyer pulls out?
If the buyer pulls out we simply re-market your home for you and try again. In some instances, we may then look at converting to a part exchange option, but this is not guaranteed.
But can we still reserve a new home whilst we sell our own, without using the Assisted Selling Option?
Regrettably, No. We are unable to let you reserve a new home until you have either sold your existing home or take advantage of out Assisted Selling Option.
