The choices available on your particular plot depend upon the stage of construction of your home at time of reservation. Our Sales Advisor will be happy to discuss the Options and Choices available and will arrange an appointment with you, if required.

Options
These are items not included in the sales price which we may be able to provide for you at additional cost, pending time of reservation. The cut off date is to ensure that the build programme and completion date is not disrupted.
Choices
These are items included in the sales price such as tiles, kitchen finishes, wardrobes,(Morley Gardens only) vinyl etc. for which you will be able to make a choice of colour or type, pending time of reservation.
We regret that if you reserve your Westerman Home after we have ordered the choices, we are unable to change them.
A copy of your Options Request form will be supplied to you.
